How To Build Your Reputation, Help Grow The Caplo Community AND Reduce Your Membership Fees
The very best way of building your profile is from a fellow member of the community.
Simply ask them to look you up in the app and hit the “Client Review” button.
But not all of your clients are in the community. So how about importing your reputation? Either:
✅ Ask us to contact them direct
✅ Or, get your personal review link and send it to them

Think About It From The Buyer Perspective First
You need someone. A contractor or tradesperson. A letting agent. A piece of land. Property finance. Legal assistance.
So you open the app and search.
You open the profile of the person you need. Would you read their client reviews to see what others say?
The more you have to scroll as you read through, the more convinced you may be.
Two Good Reasons To Ask Us To Collect Them For You
1️⃣ Rather than say “can you tell me how wonderful we are?” – which can be a little awkward, asking somebody else to ask the question takes away any discomfort.
2️⃣ With your permission (see the options above), we can approach any reviews you ask us to collect to join on a 30 day trial after we have received the review.
…And that second option can potentially trigger a refund of your monthly membership fee.
That’s because if they join following their 30 day trial, we reward the member who introduced them.
With 12 successful introductions over the course of a year, you could potentially wipe out your membership fees entirely.
But this is good for our community. It’s highly unlikely people would ask us to invite people they know are terrible at what they do.
So we get good members too, so why not reward those with a slice of our marketing budget?
How Do I Ask?
We don’t want to call anyone who is not expecting the call. So please seek permission first. Before you ask us, consider either calling them, or, sending a message like this:
After a small favour – can you help? I am in a construction and property networking community. We meet online and in-person and it’s great for building your network and getting work.
Now they use an app to organise it with a directory. And I am after a reference/review which will appear on the app when people view my profile.
I would be really grateful if you could share your experiences of working with me. All I’ll do is ask the organisers to get in touch with you to collect a sentence or two from you if you could spare a minute?
Would that be okay?
