Reputational Standards
We don’t want any member to hesitate to appoint you or refer you when an opportunity arises. Nor anyone else.
That’s why bjoining and remaining as a member of CAPLO it is agreed you abide by our Members’ Charter which outlines some basics of conducting business.
Behind the scenes, we have proactively managed the quality of the membership. This means we have “managed” the exit of those who have not delivered quality work with other members.
To help us assure people that this is a community with high standards, we ask that you supply 3 client references.
Ideally, immediately, but we aim to collect them within 3 months of you joining.
We will take great care to be respectful of them and their time.
It is important we take the references direct rather than supplied so we have an element of verification, which again adds to the level of reassurance it gives current and future members.
We are happy for you to seek permission to take a call/message from us direct. And in fact would prefer that. We will competely respect they are an important client for you, and will do our best to minimise any inconvenience.
Reviews are not perfect. It is possible for people to fabricate reviews. But in our view, it acts as a deterrent to those with less than acceptable standards. It should deter the attempt fromt the vast majority and so give us all some level of assurance that we can expect good standards.
Please note: Separately, through the app, you can access your own personal link so clients, suppliers or those who can supply a character reference can complete a review, which will then go to you for approval before it appears on your community profile.
