CAPLO Members Charter

Charter of Professional Conduct for The Construction and Property Professionals Engaging In This Group

Members, by joining, agree to be bound by the principles of this charter.

The CAPLO community is one based on trust and the expectation that any member we appoint or refer will deliver their best.

We do however recognise that it’s rare for any work, repair or larger project to go completely according to plan.

So, as a minimum, we expect all members, whether it is a property matter, a repair, minor or major construction undertaking, that any issues arising are put right in a fair, timely and reasonable matter.

As a basic example, if a roof is still leaking following a repair, we would expect the member effecting that repair to return and remedy the issue.

As a member, you recognise the importance of upholding the highest standards of integrity, collaboration, and ethical conduct in all of your business interactions. This charter serves as a guiding framework for your behaviour, fostering a culture of mutual respect, excellence, and responsible stewardship within our community.
