In a word, no. We have base costs to grow and run each region. And the price you start off at, you stay at, as long as you remain a member. These discounted rates give us the foundation we need to build the team delivering a great service to you.

✅ The app. Use on your phone or on our site (here). Book 1-2-1’s with the type of people who refers you to get to know them better so you are in the frame for work. Use it to book on any events. Use the directoryto find and be found. People you may need to plug gaps in projects – simply type in your search word, or choose from the drop-down list of professions. And get reviewedto build your reputation – either by people in the community or those outside of it so people can see what your clients say about you.
✅ Option to join one of the regional WhatsApp groups. We limit the number for each category in the WhatsApp groups. So you will either be added to a group straight away. Or, you will join the next group that launches once a minimum of 20 members are reached. The group will then grow to around 60 as each new person joins. That means you get to hear of all the bigger projects as they go live, and are in with a shout. Or the best property and land opportunities and all the ancilliary business that comes with it. You keep your ear to the ground in other words.
Can I still attend the monthly event if I choose not to join?
Yes, you can still attend the monthly Chip Butty And Curry event as a non-member. You pay £25 if you book during the early-bird window. Or, £35 per person if you book after this period. But please note, places will not always go on sale – it’s only when members advise they cannot attend that we make them available.
Will I still be on the Directory so people can find me if they need me?
No. That’s why membership is strongly recommended. Particularly when people are researching the people they need for larger construction projects or property related matters, they will be searching the app directoryto shortlist people to invite to quote or tender.
How can I use the community to find the type of work I really want?
It’s designed just for that. The number 1 tip is TURN UP. You do that by:
✅ Once you are taking part in a WhatsApp group, join in the daily conversation topics in as often as you can.
✅ Pitch your business on a Friday in the WhatsApp group.
✅ Attend the online Zoom meetings – 2 a week? 1 a week? Or even just 1 or 2 a month – the more you do, the more trust you build. Ever heard the saying “the harder I work, the luckier I get”? The same is true of networking – the more you turn up, the more people you meet, and when you meet them repeatedly, that turns into the trust that means you’re in the frame when the decent jobs are given out.
